Richard Marcus with GMAC Real Estate Professionals in Middletown, Del. to the
growing list of real estate professionals electing to customize the search function
of their website with IDX Broker software. The custom IDX solution is able to pull
out the raw listing data from both TREND MLS (TREND) and Metropolitan Regional
Information Systems (MRIS) and format it to be an integrated and easily searchable
part of Marcus’s website. Data and search options are completely customizable and

of home. A new lead management section allows Marcus to view contact information

automatic email updates from either MLS.

and listings more visible to those browsing the internet and popular real estate
search engines. Marcus can syndicate his listings to popular real estate search
engines such as Real Estate For Sale Network, Prop Smart, Zillow, and Google Base by
creating custom XML codes for his listings. Dynamic title tags on the details page
allows him to take dynamic content from each listing in an effort to make the page
title more relevant and increase the chances of being picked up by a search engine
and ultimately increase the number of potential clients viewing his listings.
